A series of informal loops and trails that wind around open desert. Easy for beginners but watch for lots of cactus on the trail after a storm. Stay off the golf course, but there are ways around the edges.
The easiest access for this informal trail system is at the corner of Thornydale Road and Cortaro Farms Toad near the Arthur Pack Golf Course. You can also access this trail area off Thornydale Road as it heads north from Cortaro Farms and before the Golf Course.
